Introduction
Cantares is a duo formed by Venezuelan singer Nathaly Gómez and Peruvian multi-instrumentalist and musicologist Camilo Pajuelo.
The duo was born in 2017, in Helsinki, inspired by a common passion for the music of its own cultural background and the desire to promote it in the Nordic countries.
Its repertoire consists of its own arrangements of songs composed by remarkable composers, including a rich variety of Latin American genres and styles. Cantares offered its first official concert at the church of Leppävaara, Espoo in Finland, in November 2017.
Since then, performs on a regular basis, sharing the stage also with local and international artists from different nationalities. Cantares has also performed in France, Italy, Estonia, Peru, and Spain. Next Cantares international presentation will be this year 2026, in September in Copenhagen-Denmark for the first time, invited by the Latin American music festival to perform its music.

Good to mention that 4 of our songs are already on the radio in Miami and Caracas.
Also, in bigger events, such as festivals, we include another person to support us with the percussion forming a Trio.

Depending on the length we can do it with a pause, or not. This will depend on the time for the performance.
